  Exchange policy:

  Our exchange policy allows for a 14-day window from the item's receipt to request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase handy. Please note that if any parts of the products or packaging are missing, the courier will be unable to collect the items. For incorrect orders or manufacturing defects, exchanges are free and processed within 2-4 working days upon request. However, if you need to exchange due to size issues (for rings) or a change of mind, the exchange is possible, but shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

  Return policy:

  We grant our clients 14 days return right from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase. If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier will not be able to collect the items from your location. For refunds without a specific reason or due to a change of mind, the order can be returned but will incur return fees to be covered by the customer. In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed or replaced, you will receive a full refund within 2-4 working days upon request. If payment was made online via debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded within 7-14 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
