We grant our clients 14 days return right from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Additionally, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase. If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier will not be able to collect the items from your location.
For refunds without a specific reason or due to a change of mind, the order can be returned but will incur return fees to be covered by the customer.
In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed or replaced, you will receive a full refund within 2-4 working days upon request.
If payment was made online via debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded within 7-14 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
