Our exchange policy allows for a 14-day window from the item’s receipt to request an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Please note that if any parts of the products or packaging are missing, the courier will be unable to collect the items.
For incorrect orders or manufacturing defects, exchanges are free and processed within 2-4 working days upon request.
However, if you need to exchange due to size issues (for rings) or a change of mind, the exchange is possible, but shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
