Return & Refund Policy – Oya Collection

At Oya Collection, we are committed to offering jewelry of exceptional craftsmanship and timeless beauty. Each piece is carefully made and inspected before it reaches you.

1. 14-Day Returns (Non-Customized Items)

Non-customized jewelry may be returned within 14 days of purchase if it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once inspected and approved, you may choose an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Customized, engraved, or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. One-Year Complimentary Guarantee

All Oya jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects and unexpected color changes for one year from the date of purchase.

During this period, we will arrange collection, repair, or replacement of the item free of charge.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under this guarantee.

3. Extended Care Services (Year 2 Onwards)

From the second year onwards, Oya offers ongoing maintenance services at a minimal care fee, per request.

To request this service, please contact our customer service team to confirm the applicable fee and to arrange convenient drop-off and pick-up of your jewelry.

Extended Care does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.

4. Process for Returns or Guarantee Claims

1. Contact our customer service team at info@oyacollections.com with your order number and details of your request.

2. Provide photos of the item (if applicable) to help us assess the case.

3. Our team will guide you through arranging collection or return.

4. Once inspected, we will confirm if the item qualifies for a refund, repair, replacement, or extended care service.

5. Shipping Costs

For 14-day returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For claims under the one-year guarantee, Oya covers the cost of pickup and delivery.

For extended care services (after Year 1), clients are responsible for the service fee; pickup and delivery may be included depending on the service requested.
