Oya Collection is a premium jewelry brand dedicated to timeless craftsmanship and quality. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and online store.

2. Products and Orders

All jewelry is handcrafted with care. Slight variations are part of artisanal workmanship and are not considered defects.

Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may be updated without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Guarantee & Care Policy

One-Year Complimentary Guarantee: Each piece is covered against manufacturing defects and unexpected changes in color for one year from the date of purchase. Oya will arrange collection, repair, or replacement of the item free of charge during this period.

Extended Care (Year 2 Onwards):

After the first year, Oya offers ongoing maintenance services at a minimal fee, per request. Clients may contact our customer service to confirm the applicable cost and arrange convenient drop-off and pick-up.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Customers are encouraged to follow the care instructions provided with each product.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase through the available secure payment methods on our website.

All transactions are processed in EGP. International customers may incur currency conversion fees from their banks or payment providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Oya Collection is not liable for damages arising from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the Oya Collection website are the intellectual property of Oya Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
